Over 40 years of workforce productivity research experience
In 2006, i4cp acquired the Human Resource Institute (HRI) and with it one of the industry's largest and undoubtedly most experienced human capital research teams in North America. Building on the 40-plus year history of our predecessor, i4cp's mission is to improve corporate and workforce productivity through a combination of peer communities, research, tools and technology focusing on the management of human capital.
