Total Rewards Management: Optimizing Your Rewards Practices

i4cp members continued to explore "Next Practices" in our Total Rewards Forum this week - identifying ways to optimize rewards investment and achieve performance and engagement impact. The discussion and cases went well beyond compensation to explore performance management, creative communications, innovative benefits, learning and development and the employee experience.

Millennials in the workforce

The Microsoft Total Rewards Journey: Showing Employee the Value of their Total Rewards Pete Manias

In one highlight session, our panel on Millennials with Expedia, Amazon and Boeing produced insights around the need for HR to adjust programs and practices to not only attract and engage the Millennial workforce but to focus more attention on the work itself and how it's done in teams. Members also discussed segmentation and prioritization strategies, a case study on health incentives, using rewards data for impact, and other optimization strategies.

We continue to believe that intimate learning sessions like these, where great companies get to tell their stories and participants engage up-close in real time, is an important experience for our members. We received excellent feedback from all our attendees.

Please let me know if there are other topics of interest you would like your Exchange to address or if we can be of additional assistance. Thank you.
