Kevin Oakes provided us an in-depth look at i4cp research findings regarding “Developing Leaders Through Experiential Learning.”   Followed by Board member Kee Meng Yeo who shared how Amway has used experiential learning for leadership development in the past, the lessons they learned, and the changes they’ve made.
