Each respective team (Board member and Ops colleague) discussed the following:

  • The scope of the TA operations role in your organization.
  • TA technology/tools/systems that are working—and what’s ahead.  
  • TA operations objectives for 2024—and what you are most enthusiastic about looking forward.
